ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

The petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2020 and 05.02.2020 respectively for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.39 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 3.The occurrence had taken place on 27.01.2020. Hardly three weeks have elapsed. The petitioners have been specifically named in the FIR. As against the first petitioner, it has been specifically alleged that he had hit one Ajith on the head. CRL OP(MD). No.2602 of 2020 Investigation is at a very preliminary stage. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
