Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner MRS.S.PRABHA Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly for five weeks.

3. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 16.03.2017, for another three weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. This petition is, accordingly, ordered.
