RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed by this Honourable Court in order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18842 of 2016 in Crime No.22 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioner not appeared in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioner.

The report received from the Additional District Judge, Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act Cases reveals the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the Court only from 18.11.2016 to 07.12.2016, 10.12.2016 and 11.12.2016 and she was absent from 11.11.2016 to 17.11.2016 and she has not turned up from 08.12.2016. The concerned Court has no power to condone the absence of the petitioner herein under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. Compliance of conditions is irregular. No reason is given by the petitioner.
3. Considering the above facts, this petition shall stand dismissed.
