ORDER
The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents.
2. The petitioner herein is the first defendant in O.S.No.255 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur.
3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2018, the present civil revision petitions stands disposed of by directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.255 of 2/4
2018 preferably within a period of 12 months after completing the trial. No costs.
