ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 23.10.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 452,429,392,397,506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.
