Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to call for the records relating to the proceedigns made in letter No. S.4(3)/36132/2003/Na.Pa.dated 08/10/2003 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the name of the applicant for appointment to any of the psot viz., Sweeper, Watchman, Gardner, or any other vacancy available .

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 16.11.2007, made in W.P(MD)No.5253 of 2007, this Contempt Petition is filed.

Cont p(MD).No.403 of 2021 3.It appears that based on the Scrutiny Committee information, the respondents have given a consolidated pay on 22.01.2021. The order passed by this Court in the year 2007 and after filing the present Contempt Petition, the petitioner was brought under the consolidated pay. Hence, I do not find any contempt committed by the respondents. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
