ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, in Crime No.272 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 20.09.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's daughter was married to the deceased and due to suspicion, the deceased killed his wife, the daughter of the petitioner herein. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint against the deceased. Subsequently, the body of the deceased was found in front of the petitioner's house in the midnight of 19.09.2015. On complaint, the petitioner was arrested and the case has been registered in Crime No.272 of 2015 for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the deceased had number of enemies and the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and awaiting for postmortem report.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegation, and investigation is completed this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
