This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.12 of 2024.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.12 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
