Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the Cricket Tournament organized by Fire Mountain Cricket club and Inbaraj Memorial Cricket Club scheduled on 27.02.2021 and 28.02.2021 in the playground which is situated backside of IMTI Pudhu Barma Colony, Vazhavanthan Kottai, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2021.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the Cricket Tournament organized by Fire Mountain Cricket club and Inbaraj Memorial Cricket Club scheduled on 27.02.2021 and 28.02.2021 in the playground which is situated backside of IMTI Pudhu Barma Colony, Vazhavanthan Kottai, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2021.

3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner is posted for enquiry.

4. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
