2.Since the said I.A.No.4 of 2020 in O.S.No.129 of 2020 is pending from the year 2020, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Theni District, is directed to dispose of the said I.A.No.4 of 2020 in O.S.No.129 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
