Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the cases, and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the cases, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
