This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to dispose of the case in STC No.62 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the records that the year of the case is 2015. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, is directed to dispose of the case in STC No.62 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
