This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 15.12.2025 and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to issue correct and accurate information based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to provide accurate information on the basis of some public revenue records, which are furnished by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the available revenue records, information was furnished.

5. In the event of the petitioner furnishing the revenue records, which have a bearing on the information sought by the petitioner, the same can be looked into and accordingly, the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2026 shall be disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
