Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue legalheirship certificate on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2022 of Late.Mr.Nadesakonar S/o.Karuppiahkonar consisting the following particulars (1) N.Irulayee Ammal (Died), (2)N.Karuppayee (Died), (3)N.Monoharan (Died), (4)N.Mohanram, (5)N.Jansirani, (6)N.Rathina Velammal and (7) N.Gopal (Died) within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. *********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue legal heirship certificate for Late.Mr.Nadesakonar S/o.Karuppiahkonar based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The relief sought for by the writ petitioner is an innocuous one. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2022 seeking for issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.2632 of 2022 legalheirship certificate owing to the demise of petitioner's father Late.Mr.Nadesakonar S/o.Karuppiahkonar, who died on 18.02.1984 is considered on merits and in accordance with law. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2022 seeking for issuance of a legal heirship certificate for his deceased father Mr.Nadesakonar S/o.Karuppiahkonar and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
