O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.10.2015 received by the respondents on 23.10.2015 and take action as per law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.138 of 2015.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.138 of 2015 and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
