ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 r/w 109 IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner had misused the salary certificate of the de facto complainant, forged his signature and obtained loan from the financial institutions. The de facto complainant came to know about the same, only when he had received notice from the financial institutions.
3. Taking into consideration of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to him.
