RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition impsed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.62 of 2017 dated 04.01.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

As per order dated 04.01.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.62 of 2017, bail was ordered directing the petitioners 1 and 3 to appear before the respondent police i.e., Manamadurai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the second petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m. until further orders. It is further stated by this Court that the petitioners should not enter Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

3. Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ modify the condition that the petitioners 1 and 3 shall report before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 06.00 p.m. until further orders.
