This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 07.10.2024 and to take appropriate action as against the 3rd and 4th respondents and to pass further orders.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since the prayer is only for limited purpose, this Court dispense with the issuance of notice to the 3rd and 4th respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation dated 07.10.2024 to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondent and the same has not been considered by the official respondents 1 and 2.

appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024 was already considered and the petition was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

5. Considering the above said submissions that already the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024 was considered and the same was closed. Preserving the petitioner's liberty to challenge the said order passed by the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
