PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to connect the Rukkuvarpatti service road with NH-209 (New NH-83) by considering the communication in NHAI/PIU/DGL/11014/General/NH-209/PCK II/2023/2544, dated 24.11.2023 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court. [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to connect the Rukkuvarpatti service road with NH-209 (New NH-83) by considering the communication in NHAI/PIU/DGL/11014/General/NH-209/PCK II/2023/2544, dated 24.11.2023 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Karthick, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd

respondent. Considering the nature of order going to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 4.The petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 21.11.2023 to connect the Rukkuvarpatti service road with NH-209 (New NH-83), has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
