ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Sections 5(i), 5(n) and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The victim girl is a minor child. She had specifically alleged that she was raped by the petitioner herein. The statement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2515 of 2020 recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. is also to the same effect. The medical report is still awaited.

4. Taking note of the serious allegations made by the victim girl against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant relief.
