ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the second respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner which was registered in CSR.No.113 of 2021 and posted for enquiry. He also filed a copy of the complaint lodged by the second respondent.

3.A perusal of the complaint shows that the matter in issue between the petitioner and the second respondent is purely civil in nature.

4.In the circumstances, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint lodged by the second respondent based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
