ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.20.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District & Session Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, in D.No.10676, dated 06.11.2023 and this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.14 of 2023.

2.This Court already disposed of this Petition by order dated 20.03.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 2/4

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing S.C.No.14 of 2023 and the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
