ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) The writ petitioner, by way of this Public Interest Litigation, sought for quashing the tender notification issued by the second respondent and consequently, to direct the first respondent to issue fresh tender notice for the years 2020-2021. 2.Admittedly, as on date, the tender notice has worked itself out, since the last date for submitting the tender has already over and the tenders were also opened. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

W.P.(MD)No.6567 of 2021 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
