Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 365, 294(B), 323, 324, 387, 467, 506(II), 120(B), 464, 384, 364(A) of IPC, in Crime No.427 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. He further submitted that the co-accused Nos.A1 & A5 were arrested and released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20058 of 2015 and A2 and A3 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20599 of 2015 and A6 were granted bail

by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.3147 of 2015. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the injury is of simple in nature.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused had already been released on bail and anticipatory bail by this Court and the Sessions Court, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
