Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.532/2020/A1, dated 25.01.2021 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to issue fresh Tender Notice for the years of 2020-2021 in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In the light of the tender process being completed, and the present gracious attitude shown by the petitioner, the minor matters complained of need no longer be addressed and the respondents are left free to act in accordance with law.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
