Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8181 of 2016.
2. This Court by order dated 19.05.2016 in Crl.OP(MD)NO.8181 of 2016 has granted anticipatory bail by 2016 has granted anticipatory bail by imposing condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to appear before the concerned Court within the stipulated time since several cases have been filed against this petitioner herein.

5. This petition is filed on 15.12.2016 after a lapse of 6 months period. However, considering the facts and circumstances of
the case and also in the interest of justice, one week time is granted to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8181 of 2016 from the date on which the order copy is made ready and also the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Nagercoil.
6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
