To pass a judgement and decree setting aside the judgement and decree dated 30/07/2021 passed in the suit in O.S. No. 72 of 2017 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Madurai and decreeing the suit as prayed for and thus allow the appeal with costs throughout and thus render justice.
