: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the subsidy amount to the beneficiaries of the National Livestock Mission Scheme, in Reddiyarchatram Panchayat Union, Dindigul District, within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this Public Interest Litigation on the premise that though recommendation has been made in favour of 45 beneficiaries, the consequential decision has not been made for providing goats.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, upon receiving instructions from the respondent No.3, in Na.Ka.No.2938-,-2019 dated 17.02.2021, submitted that training has been completed and the beneficiaries have deposited 10% under the scheme. 3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
