ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to called for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 17.11.2023 passed in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in O.S.No.258 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Rajapalayam and set aside the same and consequently allow the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.258 of 2019 was dismissed for default on 16.02.2024. After that he filed an application in I.A.No.6 of 2023, to restore the suit.
3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if necessity 2/4
arises in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
