ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(v)(a) of SC/ST Act Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 in Crime No.309 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
