O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent, Inspector of Police, Vikkaramangalam, Madurai, Madurai District, to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 07.07.2015.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.112 of 2015.
3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.112 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
