ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order of this Court dated 11.03.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3376 of 2016 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition in the year 2020.

2. Considering that the order of this Court dated 11.03.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3376 of 2016 has to be implemented only 2/5

through the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabhapuram, this Court, by order dated 13.10.2023, suo motu impleaded the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabhapuram as 5th respondent in this Contempt Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 5th respondent submits that the 5th respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabhapuram has now interfered in this matter and also taken steps to restore the pathway by removing the encroachment. A report has already been filed to that effect. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.
