Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records relating the proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Na.Ka.C5/8657/2013 dated 08.12.2018 and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent made in O.Mu.A3/1179/2019, dated 16.07.2019, and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to effect mutation in the revenue records in respect of property comprised in Plot No. 158, SMS Nagar II, situated in S.No.1/6, Thiruppuvanam Nellmudikarai Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.23668 of 2019, dated 08.11.2019.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.776 of 2020, the Honourable Division of this Court has granted interim order against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.23668 of 2019. 3.The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is not refuted by the petitioner.
