O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No-1 to 4, to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2021 and subsequent representation dated 20.12.2021 for providing adequate police protection to the petitioner`s life and live limb to continue her Ph.D. studies at the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur.
2.The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 07.12.2020 and 20.12.2021, are pending on the file of the fourth respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent issued so many summon to the petitioner for enquiry. Even after receipt of the same, the petitioner never attended the enquiry.
3.In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner and the fifth to ninth respondents and conduct enquiry, thereby dispose the representations of the petitioner, within four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
