ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for records in the case in Crime No. 37 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and violation of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is almost completed and that they are going to file a charge sheet shortly. He has also produced the copy of the charge sheet.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if sod advised.
