ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. Ezhilarasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. N. Ramesh Arumugam, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: 'Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam states that the recommendation of the District Level Committee has been placed before the State Valuation Committee. On account of the Assembly proceedings, the Officials are not available. He gives an assurance that as soon as the assembly session is concluded, the proceedings will be placed before the Committee. He states that he will report the result of the proceedings to this Court on 02.06.2025.
