This petition is filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the above said Criminal Revision Sr.(MD).5273 of 2026 against the order dated 19.08.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 266 of 2025 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court). Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
