This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the lease amount for the proportionate period of five months, where there was a complete lock down due to the COVID pandemic.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the period during which there was a lock down was compensated by extending the period of licence of the petitioner. The proceedings of the Block Development Officer dated 15.04.2021 was also placed before this Court.
