ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate Police protection to restore the boundary stones in his patta land in Survey No.15 / 13, situated at Mallanur Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.According to the petitioner, the boundary stones put up by him was destroyed by the respondents 3 to 5 herein. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent Police. Since no action was taken by the respondent Police, the petitioner has filed this present petition. The grievance of the petitioner is that his complaint has not been properly enquired into. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court is of the considered opinion that since it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate civil forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
