ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to some other investigation agency in connection with Crime No.16 of 2023, dated 18.01.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,13.02.2023), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit the third respondent has filed alteration report on 08.02.2023, altering the offences from 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC to 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation 2/4

and the second respondent is directed to monitor the same.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
