RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 02.11.2016 in Crl O.P.(MD) No.20524 of 2016 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 17.11.2016 onwards. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10 a.m., until further orders.
