PRAYER : This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records pertaining to the case in S.T.C.No.60 of 2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur and quash the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and file an application seeking to dispense with the appearance. On receipt of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
