PRAYER : This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records pertaining to the case in S.T.C.No.60 of 2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur and quash the same.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and file an application seeking to dispense with the appearance.
