PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.36 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that originally the case was registered for the offence under Section 328 IPC, thereafter, the same was altered into for the offence under Sections 328 IPC and 8(c) r/w 21(a), 27(A) of NDPS Act. Hence, the petitioner has to move the bail application before the Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a petition before the concerned Court.
