O R D E R

The petitioner seeks production of the person of his daughter Priyanka, aged about 20 years.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. According to the petitioner, the detenue is gone missing from 31.01.2022.

4. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the detenue had married one Kumar S/o.Sasi, on 31.01.2022 and the marriage has also been registered on 02.02.2022. It is also stated that she is living with said Kumar. Since there is no case of illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
