ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to instruct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioners is that there is a matrimonial dispute pending between the first petitioner and the third respondent. In this regard, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent Police. The first and second petitioners are brothers. During the enquiry, one Guru Chandra Vadivel, who is working as Sub Inspector of Police called the petitioners for enquiry and harassed them. 3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that as on date, there is no complaint pending against the petitioners. He also added that the respondent Police have neither harassed the petitioners nor intended to harass them. 4.The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. No further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition.
