This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to file a final report in Crime No .53 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the first respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
