ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.47 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police to some other investigating agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.47 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent police yet to file charge sheet.

3.Considering the said submission, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted now. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the respondent police are directed to file the charge sheet, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
