O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to initiate an action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2014 and remove the encroachment in survey No.558/1, Vaiyampatti village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has taken action on his petition to take action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C., and remove the encroachment by the proceedings dated nil.11.2014 vide proceedings No.O.Mu.A/9451/2014.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
