O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from pending investigation on the complaint dated 07.06.2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that there is no FIR pending as against the petitioner with the respondent police.

curious to note that the petitioner did not even mention any crime number and hence, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
