*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue duplicate SSLC and HSC mark 1/3
sheets to the petitioner by considering her representations dated 29.11.2021 and 29.12.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.V.Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Learned Government Advocate for the official respondents on instructions submits that the representations referred to in the writ petition were not received by the respondents and as seen from the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the particulars of the mark sheets have also not been disclosed. Therefore unless and until the petitioner gives the full particulars of the mark sheets and also submits a fresh representation, the respondents will not be in a position to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders.
4.For the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits by way of response that the petitioner is willing to give a fresh representation along with the particulars of the mark sheets. The said statement is recorded. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation with regard to the issuance of duplicate SSLC and HSC mark sheets for the petitioner to the third respondent enclosing the photocopies of the SSLC and HSC mark sheets or in case if they are not available sufficient documentary evidences with regard to the same and on receipt of the said representation, the third respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
